Once adopted as a hopeful pup, life took a different turn for Jacky during his early years. After being returned and moving between foster homes, he has spent the last few years back at the shelter. Today, he is 11, still fit, bright, and full of spirit.
Extremely charming, he has a jolly nature that has won over every handler at the shelter. While he is still learning to overcome guarding and reactiveness towards selected dogs on walks, he is extremely intelligent and eager to please, which makes him a great training dog partner.
Beneath his confidence is a loyal dog who simply longs for routine, and a family to call his own again. Jacky is best suited for a small home with no older folks or children, and we are committed to help his potential owners through their adoption journey of (one of) our favourite boys.
