Qiai is a behaviour consultant at Pet Coach, supporting families in modifying problem behaviours related to fear, anxiety, and reactivity. She holds multiple international certifications in behaviour and training, and is the first consultant in Singapore to receive the IAABC Certification in Shelter Behavior – Dog. Qiai is also one of two trainers in Singapore qualified in separation anxiety training under Malena DeMartini.
