This little rice ball is as curious as his name is cute! Onigiri is learning to trust the world at his own pace. He’s food-motivated, and has the potential to become a full-on velcro dog once he bonds with you.
But walks can be a little scary for him. He gets skittish around people and might try to scramble away if startled. Quiet, off-peak strolls are best for him. Onigiri is also living with pancreatitis, so he’s on a special diet. With his love for food, you’ll want to keep your meals out of reach (he’s been known to countersurf!).
A little patience, a lot of love, and a calm environment are what this sweet boy needs to thrive.
