Shalom is a gentle, independent girl with a very sweet temperament. She’s the kind of dog who doesn’t demand attention all the time — instead, she quietly keeps you company and goes about her day in her own calm way. If you’re looking for a peaceful companion rather than a high-maintenance cuddle bug, Shalom might be the perfect match.
Shalom is mostly low-energy and very easy to live with. She minds her own business at home and sleeps soundly during the day, but she does have a funny little quirk — she sometimes paces around at night before settling down again. It’s just her routine, and she handles herself well.
She’s also a very gentle soul around other dogs. If another dog growls or barks at her, she simply walks away instead of reacting. No drama, no fuss — just a very sweet girl with a soft personality.
Walk time is when Shalom really comes alive! Outside, she transforms into a happy, energetic girl and enjoys her walks very much. She walks well on leash and can be redirected when needed.
In open spaces, she may suddenly sprint and run in big circles (think: joyful zoomies!). Because of this, she would do best with a handler who is confident and comfortable managing a dog in larger open areas.
After each walk, she will toilet within a few minutes when brought to the bathroom, making her quite predictable in her routine.
