Wysdom was rescued a little later together with two of her siblings and her mum from Sembawang Shipyard. We suspected that some of the dogs there were still breeding, and with concerns that the shipyard may close down in the next 2 years, we knew we had to bring them somewhere safe. After the rescue, Wysdom and her siblings were reunited with the other two pups we had taken in earlier and it was such a heartwarming moment seeing them so happy together. Our little girl has an old scar on her body and is still quite skittish. She often hides quietly in a corner or behind her siblings when she feels unsure. But when she’s out along the corridor with them, you get to see a different side of Wysdom gently playing alongside her siblings in her own quiet little way. She has also started taking treats from us, though she still likes to keep a little distance for now. We’re hopeful that, with time, patience, and love, Wysdom will continue to open up and grow more confident. More than anything, we hope this sweet girl gets the chance to find a forever home where she can finally feel safe, loved, and protected.
