Boba has taken her time to come out of her shell. It was a while before she was comfortable with being touched, and even longer before she would walk on leash. Now, she’s going on daily walks—a big step for her!
Boba is still nervous and skittish, so handlers need to be alert to her surroundings and ensure her collar is secure. She has a playful side that comes out when no one’s watching—she’ll rub herself on the couch and dig at her dog bed.
While she’s generally okay with other dogs, she can be territorial when lying down. Touch is still sensitive for her, so approach and petting should always be slow and respectful. Boba needs a quiet home with a patient, understanding adopter who can give her space to continue blooming.
