Nightshade is full of energy and is still learning about the world. Once he gets to know you, he’s a sweet and affectionate boy who loves being close to his people. He’s very much a velcro dog and will happily follow you wherever you go.
While he walks reasonably well on leash, he can still be startled by unfamiliar things such as people, children, bicycles and trolleys. He may also bark at strangers on walks and can experience some separation anxiety at night. As he’s still a young puppy, ongoing training and socialisation are essential to help him build confidence and manage his reactivity.
Nightshade will thrive with adopters who are patient, committed, and understand that raising a puppy takes time, consistency, and lots of patience. He’s looking for a family who is ready to invest in his training and help him grow into a confident, well-adjusted companion.
