NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
TO: SOSD Members
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual general meeting of SOSD will be held on the 19 May 2026
(Tuesday) at 7.00 p.m. at 122 Tanjong Rhu Road, #02-03, Casuarina Cove, Singapore 436915 for the
purpose of considering and, if thought fit, to approve the following:

1. To receive and adopt the Statement of Management Committee and Audited
   Financial Statements for the financial year ended on 31 December 2025, together
   with the Auditors’ Report thereon.
2. To appoint Seng Yi Liang, Wilson as Treasurer pursuant to Clause 11.1 of the
   Constitution.
3. To appoint Sharlene Low-Jap Jin Na as Ordinary Committee Member pursuant to
   Clause 11.1 of the Constitution.
4. To appoint Phang Xin Yi as Ordinary Committee Member pursuant to clause 11.1 of
   the Constitution.
5. To re-appoint Chia Su-Lin Lynnette as Ordinary Committee Member pursuant to
   clause 11.1 of the Constitution.
6. To re-appoint Audit Trust PAC (Co. Reg. No. 201026868W) as the society’s auditors
   and to authorize the management committee to fix their remuneration.
7. To receive the Annual Report of the Management Committee for the financial year
   ended on 31 December 2025.
8. Any other business.
