NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an extraordinary general meeting will be held on the 25th day of
June 2025 (Wednesday) at 122 Tanjong Rhu Road, #02-03, Casuarina Cove, Singapore (436915) at 7.30
p.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, to approve the following resolution:
