NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
TO: SOSD Members
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual general meeting of SOSD will be held on the 29 May 2024
(Thursday) at 8.00 p.m. at 19 Salam Walk, Singapore 467167 for the
purpose of considering and, if thought fit, to approve the following:
- To receive and adopt the Statement of the Management Committee and Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2023, together with the Auditors’ Report
thereon. - To re-appoint Siew Tuck Wah as President pursuant to clause 11.1 of the Constitution.
- To re-appoint Chan Yuen Leng as Secretary pursuant to clause 11.1 of the Constitution.
- To re-appoint Phang Xin Yi as Treasurer pursuant to clause 11.1 of the Constitution.
- To re-appoint Chia Su-Lin Lynette as Ordinary Committee Member pursuant to clause 11.1 of the Constitution.
- To re-appoint Audit Trust PAC (Co. Reg. No. 201026868W) as the society’s auditors and to authorize the management committee to fix their remuneration.
- To receive the Annual Report of the Management Committee for the financial year ended 31 December 2023.
