NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an extraordinary general meeting will be held on the 23rd day of
November 2023 (Thursday) at 3 Temasek Boulevard, North Wing, Tower 2, Mall, #03-325 Suntec City,
Singapore (038983) at 7.30 p.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, to approve the
following resolution:
