Notice of Annual General Meeting May 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual general meeting of SOSD will be held on the 26 May 2022 (Thursday) at 8.00 p.m. via video conference (dial-in details will be sent out separately by email) for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, to approve the following:

1. To receive and adopt the Statement of the Management Committee and Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2021, together with the Auditors’ Report thereon.
2. To appoint Phang Xin Yi as Treasurer with effect from 1 July 2022 pursuant to clause 11.1 of the Constitution.
3. To re-appoint Siew Tuck Wah as President with effect from 1 July 2022 pursuant to clause 11.1 of the Constitution.
4. To re-appoint Chan Yuen Leng as Secretary with effect from 1 July 2022 pursuant to clause 11.1 of the Constitution.
5. To re-appoint Chia Su-Lin Lynnette as Ordinary Management Committee Member with effect from 1 July 2022 pursuant to clause 11.1 of the Constitution.
6. To re-appoint Yew Poh Leng Dorothy as Ordinary Management Committee Member with effect from 1 July 2022 pursuant to clause 11.1 of the Constitution.
7. To re-appoint Audit Trust PAC (Co. Reg. No. 201026868W) as the society’s auditors and to authorize the management committee to fix their remuneration.
8. Any other business.
