NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on 16 February 2023 (Thursday) via Zoom video conference (dial-in details will be sent by email separately) at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, to approve the following resolution:

To appoint Andy Cheng Chen Chiang as an Ordinary Management Committee Member pursuant to clause 11.1 of the Constitution.
