NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
TO: SOSD Members
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual general meeting of SOSD will be held on the 21 May 2025
(Wednesday) at 8.00 p.m. at 19 Salam Walk, Singapore 467167 for the
purpose of considering and, if thought fit, to approve the following:
- To receive and adopt the Statement of the Management Committee and Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2024, together with the Auditors’ Report
thereon. - To appoint May Ngu Chia Sing as President pursuant to clause 11.1 of the Constitution with
- effect from the resignation of Siew Tuck Wah as President at the conclusion of the AGM.
- To re-appoint Chen Jia Xin as Ordinary Committee Member pursuant to clause 11.1 of the
- Constitution.
- To re-appoint Andy Cheng Chen Chiang as Ordinary Committee Member pursuant to clause
- 11.1 of the Constitution.
- To re-appoint Audit Trust PAC (Co. Reg. No. 201026868W) as the society’s auditors and to authorize the management committee to fix their remuneration.
- To receive the Annual Report of the Management Committee for the financial year ended 31 December 2024.
