Meet Hophop! Hophop was rescued from Lim Chu Kang. For a while, she disappeared, and when she finally returned after one of her close dog friends had passed away, something was clearly wrong.
The cheerful girl everyone knew the one who loved hopping around to greet people and never said no to a meal was gone. She looked exhausted, barely moved, and refused to eat. The feeders who cared for her knew this wasn’t like Hophop at all, and they reached out to us for help. We brought Hophop to the vet, where she was diagnosed with several serious medical conditions: chronic kidney disease , a urinary tract infection (UTI), a positive test for *Babesia gibsoni*, and possible heartworm disease. She has a long road ahead, but at least now we know what she’s fighting. Today, Hophop is safe with us. She’s finally somewhere safe. We’re hoping that with proper treatment, plenty of rest, and lots of love, her bright, happy spirit will slowly return. We’re all rooting for this sweet girl, and we can’t wait to see her hopping around again.
